These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "Institution") and ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("ANCIT", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.
By using this website (ancitconsulting.com), placing an order, downloading software, or engaging our training or consulting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company specialising in automotive embedded systems, ECU development, AUTOSAR consulting, and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) solutions. We offer hardware products (SmartWheels ECU range), software tools (GenX, VxDiag, VxBoot), engineering services, and training programmes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.
Orders: All hardware orders (SmartWheels ECU, evaluation boards, accessories) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment: Payment is accepted via UPI and bank transfer. Orders are processed upon verification of payment (typically within 24 hours of UTR confirmation).
Delivery: We aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment verification. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. ANCIT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Warranty: Hardware products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty does not cover:
Returns: Hardware may be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective upon arrival. Contact orders@ancitconsulting.com with photos and order details. Custom-configured or opened hardware is non-returnable unless defective.
All ANCIT software products including SmartWheels GenX, VxDiag, VxBoot, Test GenX, and related tools are licensed, not sold. By activating or using the software, you agree to the following licence terms:
Licence Grant: ANCIT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the software for your internal business, research, or educational purposes during the subscription period.
Restrictions: You may not:
Subscription Terms: Annual licences are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Licences do not auto-renew. Upon expiry, access to premium features will be suspended until renewal.
Updates: Software updates and patches are provided at no additional cost during the licence period.
Commercial Use: Use of ANCIT software in production vehicles, commercial ECU development, or for resale requires a separate Commercial Licence. Contact us at info@ancitconsulting.com for commercial licensing terms.
Booking: Training programmes, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) are confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order or advance payment as agreed in the service proposal.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellation by ANCIT: ANCIT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Certificates: Participation certificates are issued to attendees who complete at least 80% of the programme duration. Certificates remain the property of ANCIT and may be verified by third parties.
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be added at the applicable rate at checkout or in the invoice.
We accept payment via UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cheque (for institutional orders above ₹50,000 with a valid PO). International payments are accepted via wire transfer with prior arrangement.
ANCIT issues a proper GST invoice for all transactions. For institutional/college orders, a purchase order (PO) is accepted against invoice.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, product designs, logos, software, datasheets, documentation, and training materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ANCIT content without prior written consent.
Trademarks: "SmartWheels", "GenX", "VxDiag", "VxBoot", "CARS" (as used by ANCIT), and the ANCIT logo are trademarks of ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Third-party trademarks (AUTOSAR, BOSCH, MATLAB, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANCIT provides the website, products, software, and services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
ANCIT does not warrant that software will be free of bugs or that hardware will meet every use-case requirement beyond its published specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, software, or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to equipment.
ANCIT's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ANCIT's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ANCIT's products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
