ANCIT is collaborating with Anna University, Coimbatore to develop a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) system for Battery Management Systems (BMS) as part of the URP initiative supported by TIDCO. The state-of-the-art BMS HIL platform will support EV startups, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and research institutions. The system enables real-world simulation, faster development cycles, reduced testing costs, and safer validation of BMS software before vehicle integration.
ANCIT, in collaboration with StartupTN and Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, conducted a one-day hands-on EV workshop in Hosur. Participants designed and built a functional Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) prototype using industry-grade EV development kits. The workshop offered practical exposure to VCU architecture, hardware–software integration, and EV control logic guided by expert EV and embedded engineers.
ANCIT proudly led the Hybrid Powertrain Simulation Challenge at the National Automobile Olympiad (NAO) 2025, organized by the Automotive Skills Development Council – India at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Bidadi. Students from Classes 6–12 gained hands-on exposure to hybrid systems, energy flow, and control logic using the ANCIT SmartWheels ECU and EV3 platforms.
ANCIT successfully hosted a hands-on Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) development workshop at its Pune office, bringing together professionals from JSW Greentech, TCS, Tata Motors, and Danfoss Power Solutions. Participants built and tested VCU applications, explored Legacy & AUTOSAR architectures, and experienced UDS diagnostics using industry tools and ANCIT's SmartWheels GenX platform.
T-Works, in collaboration with ANCIT, conducted a hands-on Embedded Systems Workshop for students and professionals from mechanical, automotive, and software domains. Participants explored NXP S32K144-based ECU kits, SmartWheels GenX-Zero platform, and TOSUN CAN2 USB adapters, gaining real-time experience in automotive and IoT systems.
ANCIT Consulting, in collaboration with Cultiv8 (CIET-TBI), successfully conducted a one-day hands-on workshop on "Build Your First Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) Prototype." Participants from leading EV companies explored AUTOSAR, UDS, and SmartWheels GenX through an immersive learning experience in VCU development.
